Mindwalk Blvd
About Mindwalk Blvd
Mindwalk blvd is a young band out of Boston known for their impressive harmonies and highly polished skills on their instruments. Now with combined YouTube views of over 3 million, they continue to gain fans worldwide.
Early Mindwalk Blvd:
Jordan, Mike and Tyler played for over 5 years beginning with a similar love for progressive rock which lead to writing and recording their own material from influences such as Rush, Dream Theater, Kansas, Pink Floyd, Kings X, Queen, UK and Yes but adding a modern twist from influences like Tool, Muse, Porcupine Tree, Avenged Sevenfold etc. This resulted in the multi award winning CD "Paint the Seconds" and the latest "Art Crime" CD.
They had been voted "The Best Unsigned Band in Boston" in 2009 through on-line votes at Pick the Band which earned them a recording contract with Hollywood producer Mudrock (Andrew Murdock - Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack) and signed to the Pick the Band label at the ages of 14 and 17.
The press had referred to them as a "Modern Day Kansas", "The Next Generation's Rush" or "Hanson on Steriods"
All I can say is you need to listen to the amazing material these kids put together at an extremely young age.....
Mindwalk Blvd Today:
Today Jordan has moved on to pursue a different sound incorporating some of the most amazing top notch musicians in the industry which he will announce after the music release. Meanwhile Mike and Tyler were fortunate enough to obtain two of the areas most talented and entertaining musicians. Ian Hayes of the band Viada and Berklee student Dan Sitar of award winning band Crunge. The four have put together an energy packed tight performance with 4 part harmonies....a show not to be missed.
Take a trip down Mindwalk Blvd!
Mindwalk Blvd has created one of the finest recordings of progressive/melodic heavy metal I've heard in some time…some of the most inspired guitar work you'll hear this year…. the music is extremely complex and interesting…. it is mind boggling that these guys are only between 13 and 16 years old! Mindwalk Boulevard would have been international superstars in 1980's
Wildy Haskell (Wildy’s World) 2008 (also chosen as #18 in the top 40 bands for 2008)

Absolutely Incredible!! Loved the song!! Great heartfelt vocal and instrumental performances. Incredibly tight vocal harmonies. Your song is very well structured and creatively arranged. Very well thought out instrumentation. Nice individuality of each section of the song musically, lyrically and melodically. Cool lyrics, great imagery, storyline and thematic continuity.
Mike Pinder (Moody Blues ) (won 1st place in the rock category for Mike Pinders Bandwars)
